This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 for providing protection of life and liberty to the petitioner, who is allegedly being harassed and threatened by respondents No.4 and 5, who are petitioner's husband and son respectively.

2. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from SI Amarjeet, submits that the matter has been enquired into and statements of both private respondents have been recorded. It has been found that there are matrimonial issues between the petitioner and private respondents, and at present, there is no threat to the petitioner's life and liberty at their hands.

3. In view thereof, there is no ground to issue the direction as

prayed for, and the petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
