The alleged detenues are working in a brick kiln. It has been alleged that they are being forced to work against their wishes.

The District Magistrate of the concerned district is the authority specifically authorized under Section 10 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 to deal with such cases.

Accordingly, the petitioner is relegated to the remedy before the District Magistrate.

Disposed of accordingly.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
