Manoj Bajaj, J. (Oral)
The appellant (plaintiff) has preferred this appeal against the
judgment and decree dated 07.01.2017 passed by appellate Court in Civil
Appeal No.292 of 2014, thereby affirming the judgment and decree dated
02.09.2014 passed by Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Bahadurgarh in Civil
Suit 795-I of 2012, whereby her suit for declaration with consequential
relief of permanent injunction, was dismissed.
Ever since the filing of the regular second appeal in the year
2017, consistently requests for adjournments have been made. Today again,
there is no representation on behalf of the appellant despite repeated calls.
This reflects complete lack of interest in this appeal.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
