This is an application for withdrawal of the main case i.e.

FAO-2370-2005 on the ground that the matter has since been settled

between the parties before the National Lok Adalat.

Notice of the application.

Mr. Gopal Mittal, Advocate, who appears for Mr. D.P.Gupta,

Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant respondent No.3

and states that he has no objection if the application is allowed and the main

case is permitted to be withdrawn.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and

YOGESH SHARMA with the consent of both the counsel for the parties, the main case (FAO- 2022.10.06 11:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

objection for withdrawal of the main appeal.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
