Challenge is to the order dated 19.11.2011 passed by the
learned Special Judge, Rupnagar, vide which the petitioners have been
charged under Section 22 of the NDPS Act and Section 27 of the Drugs
and Cosmetic Act, 1940.
At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from
ASI Ram Kumar submits that vide judgment and order dated 14.03.2016,
the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ropar, has convicted the
petitioners.
Upon this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on
the instructions of the arguing counsel, does not press the present
petition.
Dismissed as not pressed.
