Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the
Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, to expedite and conclude the trial
in FIR No.242 dated 19.12.2018 registered under Section 379 IPC at
Police Station Division No.1, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.
Learned State counsel submits that all the accused, including
petitioner, have been acquitted in the FIR in question by the Additional
Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide judgment dated 09.05.2022. He has
produced copy of the judgment dated 09.05.2022 in Court today, which is
taken on record.
In view of above, present petition has been rendered
infructuous.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
