[1] Prayer in the instant petition is for initiation of proceedings

against the respondent for intentional and willful defiance of order,

Annexure P-2, dated 30.11.2017, in CWP No.27231 of 2017in case titled

as 'Madan Lal and othersversusHaryana Staff Selection Commission'.

[2] A perusal of order (Annexure P-2) reveals that CWP

No.27231 of 2017 was allowed in the same terms as in CWP No.18921 of

2017 and other connected matters and directions were issued that marks

for experience, as per the criteria laid down by the respondent-

Commission itself, being invariable marks they should be added to the

marks obtained in the written examination and thereafter

persons/candidates be called for interviews upto twice the number of posts

advertised.

[3] Learned Asstt. AG, Haryana, states that order (Annexure P-2)

was set aside by Hon'ble the Division Bench in LPA No.1386 of 2019

decided on 11.05.2022 and the writ petition was dismissed. Learned

Asstt. AG, Haryana, states that in the circumstances, no action is called

for in the instant petition.

[4] None is present on behalf of the petitioners.

[5] The judgment dated 11.05.2022 in LPA No.1386 of 2019 and

connected matter, is taken on record.

[6] In the circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by

keeping the petition pending. In view of the position noted above, the

instant petition is disposed of as not calling for any action against the

respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
