The petitioners have filed this revision petition under Article
227 Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 20.12.2019
(Annexure P-1), passed by the Civil Judge(Jr.Divn.), Chandigarh whereby
amendment of the execution petition has been allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the dispute
between the father and son stands amicably settled and a written
compromise is executed on 8.2.2020. He has produced a copy of the said
compromise and submits that the same has also been produced before the
appellate Court, where the judgment and decree dated 12.1.2016, passed by
the trial Court is under challenge, with a prayer for deciding the appeal in
terms of the compromise. According to Mr. Gupta, learned counsel, the
appeal is yet to be decided.
Learned counsel does not press this petition, but reserves his
right to revive it in case the respondent-son retracts from the compromise.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
