State counsel on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar has stated
that in the present case, the trial has already been concluded and the accused
persons were convicted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 30.9.2021.
On this, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made
submissions that the present petition be disposed of having been rendered
infructuous in light of the aforesaid submissions made by the State counsel.
Ordered accordingly.
