The petitioner has filed the present revision petition for setting aside impugned order dated 08.08.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala whereby the sentence of the petitioner was suspended subject to deposit of 1/3rd of amount of fine of Rs.2,00,000/- as imposed by the trial Court.
Custody certificate dated 30.10.2018 has been filed by learned State counsel which is taken on record. As per the said custody certificate, the petitioner was acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala vide judgment dated 09.02.2018 and the petitioner has been released.
In view of above, no further action is required to be taken in the present revision petition which has become infructuous.
Disposed of as having become infructuous.
