Instant petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., for
transfer of case No.8177 of 2018 from Faridabad to Mewat at Nuh, arising
out of FIR No.150 dated 16.06.2018 registered under Section 328 IPC,
however, Sections 377, 498-A, 406, 506 IPC were added later on, at Police
Station Chhansa, District Faridabad.
Upon instructions from ASI Harikesh, State counsel submits
that petition has become infructuous as the accused-petitioner has been
acquitted, vide judgment and decree dated 24.02.2021, xerox copy of which
has been paced on record.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
