"Learned counsel for the appellant has referred to the order dated 03.02.2020 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the present appeal wherein it was stated as follows:

Mr. Sandeep Moudgil, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana prays for and is granted two weeks' time to seek instructions and to inform this Court if the respondent-State was contemplating to assail the observation recorded by the learned Single Judge giving liberty to the appellant to approach the Executing Court for enhancement of compensation.

Court that till date, there has been no appeal preferred by the State against

the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge.

In view of the above, counsel for the appellant prays for

withdrawal of the present appeal.
