petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision

petition, since he intends to file an application for stay of execution

proceedings before the Court which had passed the ex parte judgment

and decree and where the application for setting aside the said

ex parte judgment and decree, filed by the revisionist, is pending.

Dismissed as withdrawn, granting him liberty to file the

application.
