CM-2543-LPA-2022 Exemption is granted from filing certified copies of the impugned judgment dated 14.11.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.25879 of 2022 and paper-book of the said writ petition along with its annexures and the same are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Application stands disposed of.

LPA-1049-2022 Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the present appeal as he states that he would challenge the award passed by the Arbitrator, which had been made the basis for declaring the appellant - firm as a defaulter rendering it ineligible for allotment of paddy for the kharif season 2022-23. He would, thereafter, approach the respondents in case he is able to obtain a stay order on such challenge of the award.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
