The learned counsels representing the parties have submitted
that the suit itself stands decided vide judgment and decree dated
29.08.2022. A copy of the judgment has been produced during the course of
hearing.
This revision petition was filed challenging the correctness of
the interlocutory order passed by the trial court while deciding the
application under Order XIV Rule 5 CPC i.e. for framing of additional
issues.
In view of the subsequent development, the revision petition is
rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
disposed of.
