Admittedly, the respondents first appeal against the judgment

and decree is still pending before the First Appellate Court. The petitioner

assails the correctness of interlocutory order passed by the First Appellate

Court on 22.02.2017. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the

first appeal instituted in the year 2016 is still pending with the First

Appellate Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is

disposed of while requesting the First Appellate Court to decide the pending

first appeal within a period of three months, from today, positively.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
