Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgments of this Court which he was relying upon have been set aside by the Supreme Court in Civil appeal Nos.195-198 of 2019 arising out of SLP (C) Nos.35109-12 of 2012 titled as Punjab State Power Corporation Limited Vs. Rajesh Kumr Jindal and others, however, he has received oral instructions that some relief was granted in the review application but he has not received a copy thereof. He further submits that the petitioner shall be filing a representation in this regard to the respondents who may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondents and in the event of the representation being made, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with law within a period of four months from its receipt.
