Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would not press the present revision petition. He, however, prays that the appeal along with stay application is pending before the lower Appellate Court since October 2021 and that the stay application be taken up on the adjourned date.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the lower Appellate Court to make an endeavour to finally decide the application
for stay on the adjourned date provided the counsel for the parties cooperate.
Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also
stand disposed off.
