Learned counsel for the parties fairly concede that the matter is

squarely covered by the judgment dated 07.04.2022, passed by the Supreme

Court, whereby a bunch of appeals, the lead case being Civil Appeal

No.6990 of 2014 (The State of Haryana through Secretary to Government of

Haryana Vs. Jai Singh and others), was dismissed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed, in terms

of the aforesaid judgment, passed by the Supreme Court.
