Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of impugned judgment dated
12.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge,
Panipat, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner challenging
order dated 21.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed by Ld. Additional Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Panipat, on application under Section 311, Cr.P.C., has
been dismissed.
Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the State.
Upon instructions from EASI, Satbir, State counsel submits that the petition
has become infructuous as respondent No.2 has been acquitted.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
