1. In view of the judgment passed in Sri Rathnavarmaraja v.
Smt. Vimla AIR 1961 SC 1299, the revision petition challenging the order
passed by the trial Court dismissing an application filed by him pointing out
the deficiency of court fee, is not maintainable. Hence, the present revision
petition is dismissed.
