Instant Revision petition has been filed under Section 401 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 27.02.2019
passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, whereby application
moved by the petitioner through prosecution under Section 319, Cr.P.C. for
summoning respondent No.2 has been dismissed.
Copy of the petition has been served upon the State counsel.
Upon instructions from SI, Dharambir, Ms. Mahima Yashpal, Deputy
Advocate General, Haryana submits that petition has become infructuous as
the accused have been acquitted vide judgment dated 24.02.2021.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
