The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
for quashing of the impugned FIR No. 77 dated 12.03.2017 (Annexure P-
5) under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code
registered at Police Station Jodhewal, Ludhiana.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harcharan
Singh, has submitted that the present petition has been rendered
infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioners have been acquitted vide
judgment dated 14.12.2021.
In view of the fact that the petitioners have been acquitted as
per the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed
of as having been rendered infructuous.
