This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.204 dated

10.05.2020 registered under Sections 376, 506, 511 of Indian Penal Code,

1860 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,

2012 at Police Station Ganaur, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1). The first

petition (CRM-M-38576 of 2020) preferred by the petitioner seeking grant

of regular bail has been dismissed as withdrawn on 25.11.2020.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become

infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted, vide judgment dated

10.03.2022.
