Keeping in view the fact that as per the judgment passed in SLP (C) No.9036-9038-2016 titled as Indore Develpment Authority Vs. Manoharlal and others after the possession of land has been taken by the State Government, the State is the owner of the land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as challenging the notifications Annexures P-1 and P-2 and the award Annexure P-3 is concerned, he does not want to press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file his representation under Section 101A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
