judgment dated 23.11.2016, Annexure P-5, passed by learned Additional
Sessions Judge, Bathinda whereby revision petition filed by the petitioners,
against order dated 07.07.2012, Annexure P-2, passed by learned Additional
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda, has been dismissed.
Counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petition
has become infructuous as the petitioners have been acquitted by the trial
court.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
