The petitioner has impugned the order dated 02.09.2019 passed
by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala, vide which interim
maintenance has been awarded to the respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the
matrimonial dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, the
marriage between the parties has been dissolved by a decree of divorce by
mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, in terms of
judgment and decree dated 27.04.2021 passed by the Court of learned
Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala and respondent has withdrawn the
petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Consequently, the present petition has
been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
