By this petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No.

242 dated 30.11.2017 under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC registered at

Police Station City Muktsar, District Shri Muktsar Sahib.

It has been pointed out by learned State counsel that the

petitioner has been acquitted in terms of judgment dated 08.08.2018 and the

present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the categoric assertion of learned State counsel, the

present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
