Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C
seeking setting aside the order dated 30.04.2018 passed by learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Moga (Annexure P-4), whereby, an application
filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C for summoning respondent No.2, in FIR
No.83 dated 18.06.2017 registered under Sections 304, 498-A, 34 of Indian
Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ko Ise Kha, District Moga, has been
dismissed.
Upon instructions from ASI Daljit Singh, State counsel submits
that the petitioner has been convicted, vide judgment dated 13.03.2020.
In view of the above, petition has become infructuous and is
dismissed as such.
