Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed
that the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 29.10.2020 passed
by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.
Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel
representing the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the
present petition.
In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed
under provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail is
dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
