The instant petition has been filed under 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail as bail and surety bonds of the petitioner has been cancelled and non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued by the Appellate Court in a appeal bearing CRA No. 36 of 2019 dated 22.01.2019 titled as M/s Bajrang Kheti Bari Centre and another versus M/s Coromandel International Limited against the judgment of conviction under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 in Coma No. 1523/2014 dated 19.08.2014.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
