"Taken up through video conferencing. Today, the matter was fixed for physical hearing. However, a request was made for taking up the matter through virtual hearing. When the case was taken up through virtual hearing, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 27.07.2022. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."

Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
