This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.94, dated 11.05.2019 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondent No.2 has backed out from the said compromise and thus seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition in case the compromise between the parties is fructified and the parties are ready to make the statements in support of the compromise.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
