This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.184, dated 19.11.2019 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 at Police Station Cantonement, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there are some inadvertent errors in the petition and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one after making all the necessary corrections.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
