1. An objection petition filed by the judgment debtor has been dismissed by the learned Executing Court. The judgment debtor assails its correctness.
2. The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the decree sought to be executed is barred by the doctrine of res judicata. The doctrine of res judicata debars the Court from proceeding with the suit. A decree passed by the Court cannot be said to be barred by the doctrine of res judicata.
3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
