The prayer is to condone the delay of 606 days in filing the

appeals on the ground that the certified copy issued by the Court

inadvertently, the counsel representing the appellant did not record the LAC

number. He submits that the appellant before filing the appeals filed the

applications for correction thereof, which came to be decided on 01.02.2018.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the delay of 606 days in

filing the appeals, is condoned.

CMs stand disposed of.

The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that

these three appeals are required to be disposed of in terms of the judgment

passed in Regular First Appeal No.309 of 2020, titled as "State of Haryana

and another Vs. Rajbir and another", decided on 19.04.2022.

Ordered accordingly.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear before

the Reference Court on 09.08.2022.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
