The present appeal arises out of common judgment dated

01.02.2018 passed by Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, as he then was.

We have already dealt with the said judgment vide detailed order

dated 12.07.2022, passed in LPA-1316-2018 titled Haryana Vidyut Prasaran

Nigam Ltd. & others Vs. Madan Lal & others. We need not repeat the reasons

given therein.

Accordingly, the present appeal is also dismissed in terms of the

judgment passed in LPA-1316-2018.
