Learned counsel for the appellants has placed on record a copy of the order dated 17.1.2020 vide which the decree holder had made a statement that the matter has been compromised and the opposite party/judgment debtor has executed sale deed and in view of the same, no future claim, right or dispute over the passage survives and therefore, the execution was dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.

Counsel for the appellants submits that in view of the same, this appeal be disposed of.

Counsel for the respondents has no objection. Disposed of accordingly.
