dated 02.07.2022, learned Additional PP for the State has closed the

prosecution evidence on behalf of the State and now the case is fixed for

recording of statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

the present petition.
