The appellants have filed this regular second appeal to

challenge the judgment and decree dated 07.09.2017 passed by Addl.

District Judge, Sirsa, in Civil Appeal No.79-CA/2014, thereby affirming the

judgment and decree dated 31.01.2014 passed by Civil Judge, (Junior

Division), Sirsa in Civil Suit No.270-C of 2010, whereby their suit for

declaration was dismissed.

A perusal of the case file reveals that though the appeal was

filed in December, 2017 and the same was taken up for the hearing firstly on

23.07.2018 and was adjourned to December, 2018 as none had appeared on

behalf of the appellants. Thereafter on every occasion, consistently requests

for adjournments have been made.

Today again, the counsel, who filed the appeal is not present

and Mr. Parveen Kaushik prays for an adjournment on the ground that the

arguing counsel is out of station.

The above background shows complete lack of interest in this

appeal.
