EA No. 4 in CWP-16055-2006

Learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner

has already been satisfied and no further payment is required to be made to

the petitioner and, therefore, the present execution application may kindly

be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, the

petitioner has been paid certain amount but whether, his claim has been

satisfied completely or not, has not been informed by him. Therefore, the

petitioner be given liberty to approach the respondents in case, any of the

benefit is yet to be released to him by the respondents in terms of the

judgment passed in CWP No. 16055 of 2006.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any

representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be considered in

accordance with law and appropriate order will be passed within a period of

eight weeks of the receipt of the same.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present

execution application is disposed of having been not pressed any further.
