Saroj Kanta (defendant) has preferred this regular second

appeal to challenge the judgment and decree dated 18.07.2019 passed by

appellate Court in Civil Appeal No.66 of 2017, whereby the judgment and

decree dated 26.09.2017 passed by the Addl. Civil Judge (Jr. Division),

Meham in Civil Suit No.551 of 1999 decreeing the suit for specific

performance of contract dated 03.07.1998 brought by Jagbir Singh

(plaintiff), was upheld.

The appeal filed in October, 2019 was taken up for the first

time on 22.11.2019, but no one appeared on behalf of Saroj Kanta and the

case was adjourned. Thereafter, this appeal was taken up for hearing on

three different dates, but no one ever appeared on her behalf.

Today, again there is no representation on behalf of the

appellant and this shows complete lack of interest in this appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
