1. These revision petitions were filed for setting aside the
conviction awarded by JMIC, Jalandhar vide judgment dated
17th November, 2016 as upheld by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,
Jalandhar vide order dated 25th October, 2017.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the
pendency of the petition, petitioner has expired. No cause of action
survives for pursuing the present petitions.
3. In view of the statement made learned counsel for the
petitioner, the petition is disposed of.
4. Photocopy of this order be placed on the files of connected
cases.
