Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,

seeking quashing of FIR No.291 dated 30.11.2016 registered under Sections

323, 406, 498-A, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station

Uklana, District Hisar (Annexure P-1), report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.,

dated 29.01.2017 (Anexure P-2) under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506, IPC

and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of

compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties.

State counsel has placed on record copy of the judgment dated

29.07.2021 to submit that sole accused-petitioner has been acquitted and the

petition has become infructuous.
