Prayer in this writ petition is for grant of Child Care Leave to the

petitioner from 15.03.2022 to 15.12.2022 to enable the petitioner take care of

her five months old daughter, who is stated to be suffering from a grave medical

problem.

While issuing notice of motion contention on behalf of the

petitioner was noted that petitioner's leave was duly recommended, but leave

has not been sanctioned. Petitioner was permitted to proceed on Child Care

Leave vide order dated 31.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the State has filed short reply dated 05.07.2022

on behalf of respondents Nos.1 and 2 in Court today. Same is taken on record

subject to just exceptions. Learned counsel for the State while referring to order

dated 13.05.2022 attached as Annexure R1 with this short reply, submits that

Child Care Leave has been granted to the petitioner.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, however, in

the given circumstances I do not find any justification to keep this matter

pending any longer.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. In case of

any subsisting grievance or any incorrect fact being brought forth before this

Court, petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application within four

weeks from today.
