Heard through video conferencing.
Vide the instant petition filed under Section 438 of Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR
No.175 dated 03.11.2019, registered under Section 498-A of IPC, 1860, at
Police Station City 1, Malerkotla, District Sangrur, Annexure P-1.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been
quashed vide judgment dated 27.09.2021 passed by this Court in a petition
(CRM-M-28981-2021) seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of
compromise.
Petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
