This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking
issuance of directions to the official respondents to register an FIR against
the persons mentioned in Para 12 on the basis of complaint dated
29.11.2021 (Annexure P-8) disclosing commission of cognizable offence as
per the judgment of Constitutional Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in
a case titled as 'Lalita Kumari Vs. State of U.P.' 2013 (4)-RCR-Criminal-
979 within a stipulated period and the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the
petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail
alternative remedy in accordance with law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
