The petitioner is seeking to quash FIR No. 237 dated
22.10.2019, under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Raman
District Bathinda on the basis of compromise.
On 02.12.2022, following order was passed:-
"On the previous date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought time to argue in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in Daxaben Versus State of Gujarat and others.
However, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite pass over.
Adjourned to 21.12.2022.
It is made clear that in the event none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the appropriate orders with respect to the disposal of the petition shall be passed."
None has joined the proceedings on behalf of the petitioner,
despite passover.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
