This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC praying for withdrawal of the main petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed as prayed for and the main petition is taken up for hearing today itself.

The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 23.12.2021 (Annexure P-23) passed by respondent No.2; along with certain other prayers.

Since the application for withdrawal of the present petition

is allowed, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
