Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the matter has

been compromised and petition filed under Section 13-B of Hindu

Marriage Act has been allowed, copy of judgment dated 19.11.2022 is also

produced.

Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition

under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 12.09.2017 passed

by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurugram and order dated

15.02.2016 passed by the Ld. JMIC, Gurugram and wants to withdraw the

same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed

as withdrawn.
